Without knowledge of the relevant standards, it seems to me that this
actually works as expected. The radio buttons are treated as a group - a
single form element. You tab in and out of the group, but use the arrow
keys to change your selection.

We have some new anti-spam features coming in 1.3, and as part of that
the visual CAPTCHAs have been removed from Mahara.
It would be nice to get feedback when Mahara 1.3 is released. In
particular, I'm not sure about the accessibility of one anti-spam
measure. The "name" attribute for form fields

Perhaps someone with some time (haha) can set up the same sort of
environment that Jason demonstrated to us at LCA and actually just try
going through Mahara and reporting bugs as they go?
