in the logout function for xmlrpc, it redirects to jumpurl when the
session is timed out (and there is a comment just below that says
"Anything else is a session timeout").
This behavious isn't what would be expected, and causes the AJAX login
form to not show.

The AJAX login box (which appears when the session times out when doing
javascripty things) doesn't look very good.
I propose fixing it so that it looks neater. It could be based of the
login sidebar, which is already themed.

I'm not sure, Francois. The media artefacts show up fine in the editor
but not on the page. Richard suspected it to be due to an update of
TinyMCE.
