Test cases:
1. Change the Page Name then click button 'Go', the page content should be
changed
2. Change the content of a page, then click "Save changes", a message "Page
saved" should be displayed. and you will be redirected to the default page:
"Home".

In Mahara 1.6.1, the 'You have logged in from' institution name is not
displaying for Mahoodle (I'm not sure about across different
institutions as I only have one).
In /lib/mahara.php on line 2456, it looks like the
