It also states'No images found' and when I try yo upload an image, page
refreshed with no image

Also thanks to Hugh for the insight. It would be nice to include an
additional small note in that info icon popup next to the 'enable virus
scanning'. Or may be an additional note with the current error text,
when saved (on the setting page).

Test cases:
