When I attach a file to a note on a page and then delete the file using
the content files panel, I can't edit the note via the portfolio
pages panel anymore. When I try to do it, I get : Artefact with id
XXX not found (where XXX is the id of the recently deleted file).

Marking this bug Invalid, because the last version of Mahara we've
seen it reported in, was Mahara 1.6. It's likely that upgrading
PHPMailer did resolve the problem.
For posterity, I'm marking down the versions of Mahara the problem is
known to affect. (But setting them to Won't Fix because

Ok, from what I can tell, this problem is not a problem in Mahara itself
as I also can replicate when I follow the steps in the behat test
manually, but probably a problem in behat itself when it sets up an
institution.
I'd check that the behat way of setting up an institution is saving all

One of the developers has had a look at this and has wrote a fix for it.
It is currently going through code review and getting tested to make
sure it works well.
