The core themes differ to some degree in how they have been created
because they had to be created while we were still actively developing
on the Bootstrap changes. Therefore, certain elements are implemented
differently across themes, which makes it hard to keep them all upda

white.
Theme creators need to activate the custom_variables and set the color
there for the "Arrow" components.

I have tested this on 16.10.0 with the following browsers
-Firefox 49.0 ( ubuntu and Sauce lab)
- Chrome 53.0.2785.143 (Built on Ubuntu & saucelab same version
-Safari 10.0
But I could replicate it on any of the browser, I am able to select all
the pages and I am able to see the notes as well.

The problem is that while TinyMCE allows you to specify a width in
percentages, if the text within the table is too big and can't be
wrapped, it will display the table larger than the block. When you drag
the table width and make it smaller, it tries its best but even then it
might not fit the bloc

Pat, while you are at it, as discussed, could you please also fix up the
"Online users" block so that a long name does not wrap underneath the
profile pic but just underneath the text (see your earlier upload under
comment 4). Thanks. :-)

This seems to be caused by the proposed fix for bug #1461331. Reverting
the commit fixes the issue.

Notifications about new group membership requests are also sent to
normal group members, which leads to a lot of useless emails. Only group
administrators should receive this type of notification.
This behaviour was first observed after upgrading to Mahara 16.10.0,
thus seems
