More info...images in text elements, image elements, journal elements
and journal entry elements are all shown fine. Only the "tagged journal
entries" element seems to have this problem.

A journal entry with an inline image or an attachment is displayed on a page
with a 'tagged journal entries' element.
The page is shared with others (group or individual) and the images (or
attachments) are not displayed to the share-e.

Hmm, on one hand as the data is for a time period then that user did
exists and was masqueraded during that time.
But on the other hand once a user is deleted they don't exist anymore it
make sense to hide them

Debian server
When logged in as site admin, if I view (simply view, no edit) projects
listed under Latest changes I can view, the last update changes.
I wanted to test on Mahara demo site, but all projects are already
updated with today's date.
