Hi Cyle,
I did a test with latest release of the 17.04 version and I can see
listed on the group homepage the shared pages/collections by non-members
when I view the grouphome page as a group member.
Can I get you to check a couple of things:
1) Go to the group homepage (as group admin) and clic
check also if earlier versions of mahara need this patch as well

The problem with Kaltura videos in automatically retracted blocks looks
to be related to the external javascript from Kaltura the Mahara block
fetches to render the video.
The Mahara block sets up some video information on page load
- but when the block is auto retracted it seems the video player
