Looking at the line in the error info you posted
mysqli error: [1305: PROCEDURE
u57370db5nd.search_elasticsearch_queue_artefact_trigger does not exist]
in EXECUTE("UPDATE "artefact"
It seems like you had a trigger on the 'artefact' table that pointed to
a procedure that no longer existed.

we have a function in js/mahara.js called getUrlParameter(param, url)
We should update that one to use this " new URLSearchParams() " seen as
it's valid for every browser except old IE (which we don't support)

Hmm, in simplesamlphp they do this check as:
if (php_sapi_name() === 'cli' || defined('STDIN')) {
...
}
As there are a few places in mahara where we check the CLI we should
make a function to check this.
I'll update the patch to handle these places.

hits site with mobile first the menu is cached with those item not
there.
We need to separate the cache for mobile menu from desktop menu
