Hi cecelia,
Tested this and I found that when we navigate to groups>select a page>
pages> Create a page the page description is defaulted with the
following content," Set up the default layout for the pages that your
users create. You can also add blocks. Please note that any content you
add to
Tested back and I found that the pagination is not correct for newly
added feedback.
For every feedback added it is taken as 2 feedbacks and it shows wrong
number for the feedback.
Please look into it,

Tested it on FF browser and here are my findings:
Feedback and place feedback buttons are now shown on the page, but when
we give few feedbacks the number of feedbacks are wrong and also when a
feedback is deleted it is still showing up and doesn't get deleted .

Pre Req: Make sure to enable the OGA audio file in
administration>Extensions>file/internalmedia >oga-yes
1) Navigate to Portfolio>pages
2) click on one of the existing pages
3) Click on edit the page and select Media>Embedded media>add

Tested on Version 16.10 and FF browser and it is still broken even after
deploying the patch. ( see screenshot)

1) Create an institution and make sure to attach a logo
2) Now go back to institutions and delete it
Expected result: Institution should be deleted
Actual Result: A fatal error is displayed ( see attached)
