I have not the permission on the server to read logs or change the
configuration. PHP Version 5.3.3-7+squeeze14 is installed.
After upgrade to mahara version 1.6.2 I got the same two error messages
like Rocky.

User cannot login the sysetm (even admin). They get the following 2 errors:

I got this problem on version 1.6.1.
User can request forgot password. When the user get the email and follow
the link. User can change the password and login Mahara from the email
link. However, once s/he logout. S/he cannot login again using the
changed password.

I have tried replicating this and can't reproduce this bug.
When I click on the Lost username / password link. I can enter the username
admin then click Send request.
An email then appears in my inbox with a link to reset the password. After I
