Public bug reported:
The list page for a collection on Portfolio -> Collections -> manage
pages (cog icon), eg: collection/views.php?id=1, does not allow for
drag/drop sorting of the list.
This would be better if one could drag/drop the row to where it is
wanted rather than having to click on the up/down arrow keys a bunch of
times to get the item in the right place.
This was a wishlist item requested by a community member.
Seen as we are already using jquery and jquery-ui we might as well take
advantage of the sortable function available.
