Actually clicking on a tinymce textarea in chrome fails to give caret -
it does when you tab into field though.
This is broken on 15.10, 15.04 and 1.10
There is a mention of a workaround for this by changing tinymce.css to
have:
html {
height: 100%;
}
body {
height: 100%;
}
It fixes
