The problem is that while TinyMCE allows you to specify a width in
percentages, if the text within the table is too big and can't be
wrapped, it will display the table larger than the block. When you drag
the table width and make it smaller, it tries its best but even then it
might not fit the bloc

Thanks for the report. We'll take a look at it and see what can be
improved. Tables can be tricky in responsive design I guess, but we'll
see if they can get sorted out.
