Public bug reported:

Reported in https://mahara.org/interaction/forum/topic.php?id=7837

When you install a site, the links in the static pages content for
"Dashboard" and "Logged-out homepage" point to the correct places. They
were inserted as relative links.

However, when you go to the static pages section, select a link and view
it in the link pop-up or in the HTML source, the URL is expanded to the
current full path, i.e. [wwwroot]/admin/site/about.php and
[wwwroot]/admin/site/contact.php

Those pages don't exist.

Normally, TinyMCE only adds the full wwwroot when a relative link is
given, but in the static pages it adds the full URL to the current admin
section.

Maybe that's due to it being a default text?

Marked as "Low" because there is an easy work-around to simply correct
the links in the text as the content in the static pages should be
changed for each site anyway.

** Affects: mahara
     Importance: Low
         Status: Confirmed
