Hi Fiona,
The Release and archive of a portfolio it's tied to the Cron job.
Does your server team have the crop job running every 15 mins - or have they
delayed it.

I note that this issue started since
This bug was closed, but I updated it and didn't receive a reply. I
think that this may have been because I set it to 'private' so it was my
fault. I would however like some feedback on the question as it is still
a problem for us.

Hi Kristina,
apologies for the delay, I do not deal with the server side so had to
check-in with the person who does. Resources are allocated by Amazon AWS
so all the resources are allocated by Amazon cloud services.
Amazon AWS configuration is:
T2.medium
2 x vCPU
Ram 4.0 GiB
24 CPU credits/hr
Can you please provide more information on your server environment? It
sounds like performance was reduced. The portfolios ready for release go
into the export queue and are only processed when server resources are
available.

We have timed and two identical ePortfolios took different amounts of time
(both too long).
The first took 1hr 12mins 22secs. The second took 40mins 30secs. So it is not
consistent, but certainly slow.
