Currently, you only know about pages that are on your watchlist when you
receive a notification that the page has changed. If you want to know
which pages are actually on your watchlist, there is no way of finding
that out.
The name Watchlist suggests that there is a list somewhere where you can
check what you have on it and also take things off from it.
