I tried installing Mailman 3.0a5 , over Fedora 12 , I did the following
steps :
1.) python2.6 bootstrap.py
It worked successfully
2.) sudo bin/buildout
It gets stuck when trying to get the distribution for munepy, I also tried
to download it manually but seems that the links are missing

Well this is the same problem I am too facing , I tried with the Ubuntu 9.10
were I too get the same error what Anne has posted.
Please a quick review will help us in installing mailman 3.0
