As I'm running Mailman 2.0.12 on RedHat 6.2, therefore with Python 1.5.2 from the
RPM in the original install, and since I've had the problem twice now, I went right

half an hour ago I suffered an unscheduled power outage, when my Linux (RH
7.3) rebooted, I had to correct an unlinked i-node in /tmp file system
(apparently a .pid file).
The qrunner deamon did not start and reported this error:
