Hi, first of all I'd like to say that Mailman is great. However, there's one thing about it that I think could be improved. I find that users are confused about how to unsubscribe, and then they email me asking me to remove them from the list because they couldn't figure it out themselves.

I just installed mailman 2.0.8 , configured it properly (well at least I think so :) ), and even created my very first test-list. I've got the mail, confirming it was created, added the aliases to the alias file and everything but when I wanted to check out the web interface it wasn't working.
