[Mailman-Users] Can I use Webmin to create/manage .htaccess files?

I need to be able to rapidly create and edit .htaccess files for my customers. I've only set one up once, months ago, and it works well for the directory it was intended for but I need to start doing this a lot. Can I use webmin for this? If so, is there a step-by-step somewhere? Thanks --
