How can I reset the digest in version 2.0.13 to Volume 1, Number 1 and then
later how do I increment the Volume number when I want to go to Volume 2, etc?

within list. When a user sends a message to a master list, I have to go
into the moderation area and approve it. WHY? Can I fix it so this is
not required? Please advise...
