Seems like it's looking at the subject line of a message in the queue and failing. Could be a corrupt Subject in a message, or a message crafted by a bogus robot that spews out some bad characters on the Subject line... I suggest that you look at the files in your Mailman queue and look at the o

I'm fairly certain that there is a patch that handles this problem, but you might want to simply update to the latest version of Mailman. I believe that problem is caused by a character that is out of range for the expected values. The character is probably one used by a different language. Your
