I am new to mailman. I am about to install and test it. Can anyone tell me
if following is possible.
1. I want all administration from command line. Becoz due to some
restrictions I cannot have apache or web access to the server.
2. I want to manage list users on my own. I don't want

hi,
I am trying to configure Mailman with postfix server. All my users
currently reside on a mainframe while the main mail relays runs on postfix
(Linux). We are about to migrate Mainframe to some other system. So we
wish to move the mailing list on Mainframe to the postfix server first.

have much luck finding a answer.
I need to export a mailman list to a flatfile, is it possible to do this?
Also
If I ever needed to restore it how would I go about doing that?
