to previously existing lists all go to /home/mailman/files/shunt, and are
not delivered. Is this a rights problem? I ran check_perms, and it did
not find any errors.

in mm_cfg.py? Doesn't seem to be one, but I'm hoping there's a way to
allow this. If not, we can always use a web form that talks to the CLI
remove_members tool.
