Hi,
we offer web space and etc. to our customers, and would like to offer
them a free mailing list to go with that as well. The problem I'm
having with Mailman is that I can't seem to find out how to set it up
so that every customer gets his Mailman front end in the design of his

Ivan,
I have the right .db files in /usr/local/mailman/data, as I did run
genaliases. I get no errors wihle running it.
As for my alias_map settings I have this:
# Map config Settings
alias_database = hash:/etc/postfix/aliases
alias_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/aliases, hash:/usr/local/mailma
Really. This is interesting; anyone?
I am setting up Mailman now, upon which we will *depend* upon the NNTP
gatewaying feature to work. This could look very bad.

Hi Michael,
It sounds like you may be putting your Mailman aliases (pipes to the
mailman binary) in your /etc/postfix/virtual file. Mailman's Postfix
virtual domain integration populates a Mailman specific virtual, and

Greetings,
I have been trying to integrate Mailman 2.1.6 with Postfix 2.2.4
with no luck. I have followed the instructions on the Mailman
website for Postfix, and I have installed Postfix-style Virtual
Domains. The lists domain name used is different then the mail servers
actual domain.

The fact remains that your confirm script is not the one from the 2.1.5
source distribution. The diff is as follows and it is not from either

I need listnames which are same for multiple domains.
I decided to give every costumer a lists.domain.tld entry with MX

3- synchronise before the 8 hours have passed ??
E.G.: Knowing that it takes +/- 8 hours to sen
