What does this mean? Normally, Mailman is installed in it's own
directory or directories which are not in the space served by default by
the web server. Then Mailman's CGI wrapper

BUT only one of those messages comes with the following option:
Ban urxwwk...@yahoo.com from ever subscribing to this mailing list
The other message doesn’t come with that option.
