The last time I posted here, my hosting company said that my newly upgraded plan did not support Mailman. I've been wrangling with them over that for a few weeks. They finally got it working, they said. All of my lists became active again, but now I can't send mail to them. I've sent this error

Thanks much guys, you've given me direction. I seem to only have access to the /home directory on the server and the trouble ticket guys are saying they can't make changes.. so pursuing those avenues. I'm trying to use the Web Interface from a PHP page and I have a problem when trying to add a person to a list. I can get it to work fine if I just add an email address to the list, however I can't figure out the syntax needed to also include their real name. Here's what I have that works so far
