In our principal server, we have the Mailman list

I have a server with mailman 2.0.8, and I want to
search (via web) the archives of one specific list ...
How do I made this ?!? Anyone have a "step-by-step"

My error log, in mailman 2.0.7, is freight with this lines :

And I have over 3000 messages "stuked" in /usr/local/mailman/qfiles ...
No one message was delivered for the users ... since November 14 ...
How can I fix this problem ?!?

(replace the for your listname, without the '< >' ...)
If you want know how may users is in your list:
