[Mailman-Users] Getting Mailman to Auto Accept New Users?

I just installed Mailman 2.0.8 and it seems to be running just fine. I added a mailinglist and when I had a friend subscribe to the group, it sent him the confirmation e-mail, then once he sent the e-mail back it e-mailed me but didn't automatically add him to the list, is there a way to do that?

Is there a way in mailman to export a list of all currently subscribed users to a list? If so how is this done? Also if someone forgets the admin password to their list is there an easy way to reset the password for the list? Thanks in advance.
