[Mailman-Users] Requests to lists not working

Hello, I am having a problem with sending subscribe/unsubscribe requests to my lists on mailman 2.0.8 running on RH 7.2. The requests do not bounce but do not perform any operations. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this symptom or where to look for troubleshooting the problem? Thanks
