I'm not sure if you can answer this, but I'll give it a try.
I go to the moderation page of my list.
It asks me to enter my password, I do, it accepts it.
I click the buttons to accept this message, reject that one, and discard all
the rest
When I click submit it brings me BACK to the screen
I manage about 9 different lists on one hosted server. There are two main
lists that include nearly everyone and then subcommittees each have their
own list. I've given them all the same password, but it's a drag to have to
go into each of them and enter the password every time I want to
(I've looked for this in archives, but I must have the wrong search phrases.)
Could someone tell me how to edit the headers in Outlook Express so that I can
approve or resend messages from there?
Also, can you give me an example the format of a header with an approved header
in it?
Thanks
it to
yourself and changing the headers.

Because it is awkward or impossible with some MUAs (mail clients) to
add a custom header to an individual message
Please forgive this ignorant question, but I can not seem to find the list of remote
administrative commands.
I finally found the way to use the Approve: header but it would have been simpler if I
could have found a guide.
