[Mailman-Users] Virtual Hosting Question

2002-03-05 Thread Kirez Korgan
I am having a problem with virtual hosting with mailman and sendmail. All outgoing messages from the mailman software have both an envelope-from and a header-from, from the wrong domain! For example, if I send a subscribe request to [EMAIL PROTECTED], the response comes from [EMAIL PROTECTED] T

folks, I still haven't found a solution to getting my archives into reverse-chronological order. I emailed Mailman-Developers on this, and nobody responded, maybe I shouldn't have posted there. I've been searching through the archives of Users and haven't found anything yet. There certainly is

[Mailman-Users] why did the archive quit updating?

Messages are going out by email, but the web archive has not shown any new messages for several hours. What is the likely cause? What can I do to fix it? I'm running v.2.0.8 on a Linux box with Apache. Kirez -- Mailman-Users maillist - [EM

[Mailman-Users] reverse-chronological order

How can I change the default from chronological order to reverse-chronological order for the archives of all my lists? Yesterday, with Jon Carnes' help, I made changes to Defaults.py; while this works for new lists, how do I get those changes to extend to lists that were already configured? chee

I know you're not supposed to. But I have to. The question is, can I change a list's name and still preserve all the subscribers' preferences, and painlessly continue to use the original archives? By default, I understand I must simply create a new list and start from scratch. But I'm looking fo
