have seen. Unfortunately, Yahoo’s and AOL’s abuse of DMARC will tend to
neutralize the benefit of DMARC to financial institutions who have a really
serious spoofing problem.

Yahoo doesn’t have to. Mail from a Yahoo group already has a Yahoo domain in
the From field - the group address.

the ones you listed are among them. However, those domains DO
respect the “reject” status in Yahoo’s DMARC record. This means that messages
from Yahoo (and now AOL) will be blocked by those domains, but mail from those
domains will not be blocked.
