my platform is Mailman 2.1.4 running on Solaris 7 integrated with Exim 4.
I notice a annoying facet of the installation. Mail for the
list-administrators (e.g. request to action subscriptions) are being sent
by mailman to to addresses [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] is a
requred address fo
n the console. Next time
I will see what the qrunner -v option tells me ;-) BTW Is the in/queue
processing always FIFO in Mailman 2.1?

the logs indicate that posts are being accepted into the mailman in queue
within a minute from being sent by the MUA. From the mailman post logs I
can see the messages being sent by out mailman, after which they arriving in
the mailing list members mailbox within a minute. So the majorit
n add this in by hand but...
Can someone point me at info as to how I can resolve these problems, please?
(they were working correctly in 2.0.11)

$prefix/locks to do with these particular lists. Removing these lock files
allows me back into the lists. Is this problem a feature and are hanging locks
purged periodically? Incidentally though I can see a datastamp I can't see a
timestamp on these lock files.

We will be upgrading our Mailman installation
shortly and I wish to notify all the list admins of this. Is there
straightforward way of collecting all the mail addresses using a
script?

We are currently using Python version 1.5.1 and
Mailman version 1.0. We wish to move to Mailman version 2.0. In preparation for
this I installed Python version 2.0. A bad thing was noticed ;-) mail was
accepted into mailman but not distributed out. Looking at the smtp-failures log
file I see
