[Mailman-Users] Mail over limit not chopping

I have the defaults set at 40 kb. I often get my own messages stuck for moderation because they are bigger than 40k. Shouldn't mailman be chopping these mails from the bottom? I use Outlook 2003. Regards, genesis Spot Network: http://www.spotnetwork.net/ Sites under spotlight:
