we are using Mailman as a way to enable a few of our email users to view an email account at the same time. They do this all through the archive and cordinate thier printing efforts by the time stamp of the message.
They work in tandem remotely, so having the email go to each of them turned out to not be a good option (there is a lot of email and attachments) What I would like to do is when someone views one of the archived messages, it flags the archive index html as READ. I know how to modify the templates, but I am not really sure how to achieve this type of scenario.
