Note they could all, quite easily, have selected to receive text

thattheir MUA's don't handle it as they should.

Easy as pie:
list_members -d listname > filename
remove_members -f filename listname
(change default digest delivery to plain)
add_members -d filename listname

Or just a way to switch one property for all users? For example, if they're a
digest member, switch their digest preferenc
