I have been having a devil of a time with this error - anyone want to
take a crack at it?
I've already insured that my settings are as per documentation and
looked extensively at FAQ's, but perhaps I've missed something along
the way.
It's a Debian install with python-dev as suggested in one FAQ

The paths are all correct, and the files are owned by the appropriate
groups. I've read the readme files and installation notes. I'm
not sure what the issue is, but I'm relatively sure it's not cosmetic.
Thanks for the suggestion though - I'll let everyone know when I get
it ironed out.
