CodyG, If you go to the Admin web page for your list, then to Privacy Options, then to Recipient Filters, you will find: Ceiling on acceptable number of recipients for a posting. The default is 10, but you can raise that to what makes sense for your list. CodyG wrote: My host surprised me and
