fix_url in the /bin dir would be nice read its syntax cheers

However, I was just sent an administrative approval email. It works as it should in this case so no issue but the url was http://192.168.1.8/mailman... when I'm not on the same network as the server. Thus, I can't use that url. All pages use the IP address, the administrative email uses the ip address I need to change the IP to the domain mailman-wide. Reinstalling is not an option. How do I do this?
