Well I guess it pretty much depends on what your expectations are…
If you want to **reinstall** the app simply drag & drop the app bundle
into ~/Application and you are good to go. Obviously you will need to
redo all your settings.

Yes. I very recently created a clean install of macOS (about 3 month ago), and
migrating MailMate with all messages, mailboxes and settings worked perfectly
by following the instructions Florian linked from the online manual.
Thanks Florian. I’ll have to give tis a whirl at my next convenience
at restoring via an erase and install. Of the OS. Will try to add to my
notes on that topics (for 3ᴿᴰ party apps, including M-M).
