Maybe it's related: After sending an email the sent mail was filed into
trash instead of sent mail. (I wouldn't want to exclude that I have done
it accidentally.) The problem is now that I cannot move this mail to the
sent mail folder.

Gibt es ein Tool, um in PDFs Zeichen(folgen) zu ersetzen? Ich hab hier
PDFs, die mit Latex erstellt wurden und wo Umlaute noch altschulisch,
also z.B. a", geschrieben wurden. Das erschwert das Suchen in den
Dokumenten unnötig.
