I am using Mailmate on the Mac, and Preside on the iPhone. When I delete a message in Mailmate (hitting the Return key), the message is not deleted in Preside (neither on my institution’s webmail for that matter). However deleting a message in Preside results in a deletion in Mailmate. On the o

Thanks Benny, indeed my 2 Deleted Messages submailboxes (2 separate accounts) were offline for 20 months (the main Deleted Messages mailbox did not indicate Offline, so I did not check the status of the sub mailboxes). Any idea why these 2 mailboxes (and no the others) went offline (and remaine
