Bad news again. The local administration doesn’t allow IMAP/SMTP. For now I’ll
switch to Apple mail to handle my private and work email account. Maybe you,
Benny, will support exchange in the future even if it is not as reliable as
IMAP. I’ll miss you MailMate ;)
I’ve ask the local administration to allow IMAP/SMTP. They opened a case. Maybe
they enable IMAP/SMTP. I’ll wait for it and tell you later.

I use this to access $work’s exchange server. I set it up ages ago a
MailMate only works with Exchange if the Exchange server has IMAP and
SMTP access enabled. It sounds like this Exchange server doesn't.
One alternative might be to use DavMail, which provides
standards-compliant protocols in front of a proprietary Exchange server.

Mailmate works with Exchange, this is the configuraton I am using
(except for the IMAP keywords). But I use port 993 (and 587 for SMTP).
