John,
Sadly, thats a fact of life for some people. We live in London and
people want their stuff at work and can’t access their home email from
work, banking issues etc etc. No issues with getting mail at work as
thats logged, they don’t like people having access to things they
can’t log.

Thomas,
OK, I knew about the distribution list but hadn’t realised that
different groups could select different primary email addresses. I want
one group to send to multiple email addresses but could do this by
setting up as many groups as there are maximum number of email
addresses.
So
Thomas,
I *think* this only works if you create multiple cards per person, which
is what we are trying to avoid There are options to play with smart
groups to get similar to this but the selection criteria is not granular
enough, e.g. you can’t select on second email address.
is that what

Thanks, but kids come and go, parents also change jobs and e-mail

This solution works if nothing changes very often, sadly thats not the
case.

I do this lots with groups of emails.
Great idea if you have Text Expander.

Just setting it up manually the first time and then either copying and pasting
that list or replying to the message won't do?
Or set up an AppleScript that has everyone's email in it.
(FWIW, this is exactly the kind of thing I would not want to receive multiple
copies of, but my kids are old

Hi,
I manage a small kids rugby team in the UK. We have around 50 parents
which give their contact details, most of them have multiple email
addresses, e.g. a work one and a home one. We want to send emails to
both their emails addresses with information about upcoming games.
