it's okay - I figured you were busy. Assumption correct about recreating
the account in MM. I did get a helpful direct response from someone
about how to delete the bad account. "Sources" not immediately obvious
to me as the location. You might want to have something in the Help to
say so?

I'm having the same issues with iCloud and tried entering only the username.
That didn't work either.
Does anyone having problems connecting to iCloud have two-factor authorization
turned on?
My next experiment is turning off two-factor authorization, then try setting up
iCloud in MailMate.
It was here, at the beginning of December. The thread was "MailMate does
not import iCloud Account." Removing the domain solved the problem for
me, too.
