Yes, kind of.
Our records say from 14:30 to 15:50 CET but it is not easy to part real HBs
from others since the error message is the same...
Anyway it seems OK by now

you mean yesterday starting at 3pm CET till 3:30pm? Same here, mostly
for the european domains, e.g. yahoo.de or yahoo.es, so Frank's link
might be the reason.
