I just don't see anything that points to any reason why this IP would be
blacklisted. My guess would be that it's a relatively new IP address that
Microsoft is seeing as sending
Not really sure why you obfuscated your IP Address, if you are looking for help

I'm looking for any assistance in trying to get off of an Outlook/Hotmail
mailinst list with Microsoft.
We have a ticket opened with Microsoft - SRX1464104161ID - and they do not see
why the IP is being blocked, but yet it is. We do not seem to be getting any
