Thanks, but I'm not sure how the Xbox article relates to what we're seeing?
While our email system doesn't allow us to force a certain domain to use IPv4
(or IPv6), we could force it to deliver to certain IP addresses, which we could
do to temporarily work around the issue.

So get in touch with whoever control it, to disable the forward.
