Benny, Thanks, but I'm not sure how the Xbox article relates to what we're seeing? While our email system doesn't allow us to force a certain domain to use IPv4 (or IPv6), we could force it to deliver to certain IP addresses, which we could do to temporarily work around the issue. Frank -
