thanks for the informations, now I tried to set a specific transport on Postfix
for IOL domains (blu.it, inwind.it, iol.it, libero.it and virgilio.it).
For that transport, I configured "destination_concurrency_limit = 1" and I
removed the delay. Do you think it might be ok?

Yes, everyone can send emails containing targeted URI to known
spamtraps, which then will extract and feed those URI to URI Blacklists.
So I guess this works on in similar way, just for email addresses found
in emails.

Hi Claudio,
About Libero (IOL) try to use a single connection. I got that error by
using 2 concurrent connections from the same IP: you can send very
fast but you can only use a single connection. I've never been able to
get in touch with a Libero postmaster recently.
About Yahoo from what I saw
